<p>Newcastle City Council (NCC) currently manage six Adult Social Care services based in the city ranging from Intermediate Care for adults living with Dementia and cognitive issues, Physical Rehabilitation, Short Breaks for those with complex learning disabilities, Day Care for adults with complex Learning Disabilities &amp; Autism and Community Reablement. The Council would like to engage with the market to carry out an options appraisal regarding nurse call systems. The information gained from this initial session will assist us with the decisions regarding the capabilities of such systems and any future procurement and subsequent contract requirements. We are interested in consulting with organisations capable of delivering a wireless nurse call system which will be the primary focus as part of an ongoing digital transformation programme. We are also interested in consulting with organisations who can deliver Falls Detection/Prevention equipment &amp; technologies and/or Quick Digital Care Recording products that may be able to interface with the wireless Nurse Call System and our OLM (Eclipse) Case Management System (CMS).</p> Keywords: fall detection/prevention, quick digital care recording, nurse call
