Planning & Regulatory Service Case Management System
Published
Description
This is a Soft Market Testing ('SMT') exercise in relation to an upcoming requirement the City has for a planning and regulatory services casework management system. The City currently uses two separate solutions to support the services of its departments for Markets and Consumer Protection and for the Built Environment. The City is primarily investigating whether it is viable and feasible to rationalise these systems into a single solution and whether this is likely to be the best value for money option available. In addition to this, the City would like views from the supply market on the best possible method of hosting the solution/s in relation to the impact on value for money and statements regarding your capability to achieve this. Finally, the City would like to find out about the solutions that the supply market could potentially offer to meet its requirements. Any information provided here is purely for information only and to inform the City of solutions that it may not already be aware of. It will also help inform the specifications in terms of the standards applied and common traits across the marketplace. Invited participants will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the SMT or failure to attend any follow up face-to-face interviews that may be arranged at the absolute discretion of the City. The City has an estimated budget of £375,000 for the implementation of such a solution with approximate running costs of £800,000 over ten years.
