(1) Stratford Park Leisure Centre, Stroud; - the upgrade of the existing servery, - the replacement of floor coverings to the cafe, - the refurbishment of the general office and - the redecoration of common areas and activity spaces (2) The Pulse, Dursley - the subdivision of the pool hall and wet changing area - the alteration of the wet changing area suspended ceilings Works are primarily to be carried out between the 2nd and 8th November 2024 The council reserves the right not to accept any tender submitted an will reject tenders either excessively below or far in excess of the contract budget. Contractors must submit a fully itemised tender breakdown at submission in order to enable the client to make an early award. Keywords: refurbishment, alternation
