Current Glovebox infrastructure to be added to a by a bespoke system adding a complete R+D lab scale battery production set up. This will allow production of Coin cell, Pouch manufacture and Testing under a O2 and Humidity controlled atmosphere with Localised Nitrogen removal. Lot 1: Current Glovebox infrastructure to be added to a by a bespoke system adding a complete R+D lab scale battery production set up. This will allow production of Coin cell, Pouch manufacture and Testing under a O2 and Humidity controlled atmosphere with Localised Nitrogen removal. We have an area of up to 18 meters available for the installation The proposed design is to include Box 1 (6 Port- 2+4 including evaporator) (Box 2- 6 port) (Box 3- 6 port) (Box 4 -6 port). (Other options e.g., 5 boxes with one 6 port and four 4 ports can also be considered although 4- 6 port is preferred) Note: preferred option is for a 6- port work area a 2-port box and a 4 -port box joined is acceptable. Joining of two three port boxes will be considered a negative. Upon arrival and assembly in University of Limerick prior to commissioning ancillary equipment installation in glovebox system. Shall occur. Eg Slitting machine, Coin cell crimper, Electrode Screen Printer, Electrode Roller, Ultrasonic Welder. All necessary Paperwork for the Normal usage and detailed information regarding Servicing schedules and cost, consumable parts needed day to day and guarantee of availability of same for a 10-year minimum. The vendor should provide a list of solvents compatible with the system being quoted for as well as a list of solvents that the moisture and oxygen sensors are not compatible with should also be given. All boxes can be used independently and controlled independently via Touch Screen System interface with the ability to transfer, via the large antechamber which will be connected from one box to another, materials under gas atmosphere The entire GloveBox System is to be to the Required European CE mark grade with Certification proving system is completely to same CE grade.
